Are there times when you find yourself a little too much “in the zone” and eight hours have gone by and you’ve barely moved from your desk? (Don’t worry we all have those days and they are happening more than you think). You think you got up once to refresh your coffee … but maybe that was yesterday(or the day before).

if this is something that you find yourself doing a lot then, consider scheduling in some stretching and finding some time daily to exercise. When you can’t (or would rather not) head to the gym, and going out for a jog seems like a major time commitment, scheduling quick exercise breaks throughout the day may be the ideal solution. Now is the time to really gather yourself and get the things you wanted to accomplish or even start completely. Quit waiting and just get up and handle it.
