Pet Policy
The Addison at Universal Boulevard is proud to be a pet friendly luxury apartment community. Pet Screening is required as a part of the application process.
Pet Fee: $300 per pet, limited to 2 pets.
Preleasing special: Take 1/2 off up to 2 pet fees!
Pet Rent: $25 per pet, per month. Limited to 2 pets.
Animal Types: Dogs & domestic cats welcome! No birds, fish, insects, rodents, or reptiles permitted.
Weight Restrictions: Dogs weighing over 50lbs. (adult weight) must reside on the ground floor.
Vet Records: Pets must be current on vaccinations. Vet statement & Photo required prior to move in. Dog photos must be taken in the leasing office.
