As a pet-friendly community in Orlando, we welcome dogs of all sizes with no weight restrictions, along with a variety of breed guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. 

Just outside your door, nearby walking paths and open green spaces make it easy to enjoy daily strolls, fresh air, and playtime. Within the community, thoughtfully designed pet-focused amenities support both activity and relaxation. Residents can take advantage of an on-site Bark Park for off-leash exercise and socialization, along with convenient pet stations located throughout the property to make daily walks easier. A dedicated Paw Spa and pet washing station also provide a simple way to keep pets clean and comfortable without the hassle of home cleanup.

Pet Fee - $300 per pet, limited to 2 pets. 

Animal Types Allowed - Dogs and domestic cats welcome! Sorry, no birds, fish, insects, rodents, or reptiles permitted. 

Weight Requirement - While we do allow pets of all sizes we do require dogs weighing over 50lbs. (adult weight) must reside on the ground floor.

Vet Records - We want all of our pet residents to be in a safe environment. Therefore all pets must be current on vaccinations. Vet statement and photo required prior to move in. Dog photos must be taken in the leasing office.

If you have applied, you must create a profile with Pet Screening. This is a requirement even if you do not currently have a pet. If you have a pet, please click below to begin your application on PetScreening.com. There is a non-refundable animal application fee of paid directly to PetScreening.com. If you DO NOT have a pet, please log onto PetScreening.com to complete a no pet profile.

Required Meet-N-Greet

Large dogs are welcome here; however, for the safety of our residents and other pets, breed restrictions apply. Dogs of a class with a known vicious or aggressive propensity will not be permitted. To view our list of restricted breeds please click below. Dogs weighing 50lbs. or more are required to be on the first floor. Dogs considered a mix of any of these breeds will not be permitted. All dogs are required to meet with the management staff and have a photo taken for final approval prior to move in. Each pet will be required to have updated veterinarian records showing all shots completed, including rabies. Management reserves the right to refuse any dog residency should they feel uncomfortable with a dog’s behavior, no matter the breed.
