Located  off of Universal Boulevard, we offer an ideal location in the Orlando area for easy access to shopping and a comfortable place for you to call home. Pet Screening

Pet Screening is required as a part of the application process. If you have applied, you must create a profile with Pet Screening. This is a requirement even if you do not currently have a pet.

Pet Fee

$300 per pet, limited to 2 pets. Preleasing special: Take 1/2 off up to 2 pet fees!

Pet Rent

$25 per pet, per month. Limited to 2 pets.

Animal Types

Dogs & domestic cats welcome! No birds, fish, insects, rodents, or reptiles permitted.

Weight Restrictions

Dogs weighing over 50lbs. (adult weight) must reside on the ground floor.

Vet Records

Pets must be current on vaccinations. Vet statement & Photo required prior to move in. Dog photos must be taken in the leasing office.
